All Saints is pleased to announce that it has been accepted as an official parish of the Anglican Communion Network and as a member of the American Anglican Council. As a part of the Anglican Province of America (APA), All Saints is already a Common Cause Partner of the Network. However, our parish felt the need to take a bold step in our commitment to historic Anglicanism and to a single orthodox Anglican province in America. Therefore we sought and were granted official parish standing with both of these organizations. For All Saints, this move represents an effort to put our convictions into positive and concrete action. To the best of our knowledge, we are the first Common Cause Partner in the nation to be granted this status by the Network.
Please take a moment to read carefully the information provided in the two links below. The commitments expressed therein are those of All Saints and serve as the motivation behind our pursuit of membership in the Network and the American Anglican Council.
The first link will take you to the Federation of Anglican Church's Theological Statement. The statement was composed by leaders from the Anglican Communion Network (ACN), the American Anglican Council, the Anglican Communion in Canada (ACiC), the Anglican Mission in America (AMiA), the Anglican Province of America (APA), the Anglican Essentials Federation in Canada, Forward in Faith North America (FiFNA), the Anglican Network in Canada (ANiC) and the Reformed Episcopal Church (REC). This statement represents the groundwork and the first step of what will become the united orthodox province in America (as you read, please note the second article under the Covenant Declaration. It commits the various groups to uniting as a single orthodox province in America).
The second link will take you to the American Anglican Council's statement of faith. It represents All Saints' own vision and commitment for our parish (especially the emphasis on evangelism).
If the two links below express your vision of what God expects His Church to be, then I encourage you to visit All Saints' parish. You will find a loving fellowship of believers committed to these very principles.
